Many retail stores do not display price per unit, making it difficult to determine the best value between two products with different units.
Compare is a beautifully simple price-comparison app that shows the best value-for-money between two products.
Simply enter the price and units for each product and Compare will instantly show which one is the best value.
Compare is designed to be simple and intuitive with no unnecessary features. We have had requests for barcode scanners and product pricing databases but we have intentionally kept Compare simple and focused so it’s quick and easy to use.

I used to have a similar app on my Palm Pilot a thousand years ago :-)
I have been using this app for maybe 5 years. I remember I first used it on my itouch then iPhone then iPad. It really helps me a lot. But when I upgraded this time. It cant work! Please fix it. Please.
This app reminds me of the kind of design that Apple comes up with. Here we have software that excels not only because it does what its supposed to do, but also because it does nothing more. With all of this said, there are a few small tweaks that could be made, but these are minute complaints and could even be boiled down to being my personal preferences. For example: although I reside in the United States, someone who lives elsewhere may desire to change the currency (if only for the sake of aesthetic purposes). The only other comment that I could make would be that it may be useful to have a "clear all" button, but again, this could barely be registered as any sort of complaint. In short, I thank Lucid Design for this wonderfully simplistic yet useful app. I look forward to seeing what this company comes up with in the future.
Now you can consider adding functions like keeping a list of the stuff you Compared, or even the trend of history prices. Adding barcode-scanning would be even better. Just my two cents.
